Built on a foundation of empathy and understanding, our mission is to provide a wide range of non-judgmental, personalized services that support parents wherever they are on their journey.

From hands-on assistance during the fresh postpartum period to expert guidance in sleep and lactation, we’re here to help you feel confident, rested, and supported. About Me

Hello! My name is Josie and I am the Founder of Carolina Infant Solutions. I’ve been passionate about caring for children for my entire life, choosing to play family while my siblings played with legos and did sports. As a result of my love for families, I have worked to expand my expertise through specialized training. I’m a certified sleep consultant and postpartum doula, and I’m currently furthering my education in lactation support as a student in Charlotte.

Growing up in California, attending college in Washington, and spending a year in Orlando have given me a love for new experiences and perspectives. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy playing board games, learning new skills, and exploring great food. I also love spending time with my dog, Judo, and my wonderful fiancé, Jared.
